Board Instructions for HSC Candidates 2025
(HSC Exam Notice 2025)
Students must follow the following instructions during the HSC examination of all education boards.
(a) In case of examination held from 11.00 a.m.:
- 10.30 am. Distribution of unwritten answer sheets and multiple choice OMR sheets.
- 11.00 am Distribution of multiple choice question papers.
- 11.20 am. Collection of multiple choice answer sheets (OMR sheets) and distribution of creative question papers.
b. In case of the examination to be held from 02.00 PM onwards:
- 01.30 pm. Distribution of unwritten answer sheets and multiple choice OMR sheets.
- Distribution of multiple choice question paper at 02.00 pm.
- 02.20 pm. Collection of multiple choice answer sheets (OMR sheets) and distribution of creative question papers.
- 4. The exam should be taken according to the time mentioned in the question paper.
- 5. Candidates will collect their admit card from the head of their respective institution.
- 6. Every student should write his examination roll number, registration number, subject code, etc. in the OMR form duly filled in the circle on the answer sheet provided.
- 7. The student has to pass the theory, multiple choice, and practical parts (where applicable) separately.
- 8. The student can only participate in the examination of the subject/subjects mentioned in the registration card and admit card. There is no opportunity to participate in the examination of any other subject.
- 9. No examination will be held in the student’s own college institution, the candidate will have to arrange seats through transfer.
- 10. HSC students can use a normal scientific calculator in the exam. Programming calculators is prohibited.
- 11. Only the in-charge officer of the examination center can use the mobile phone. Students are not allowed to bring a mobile phone to the examination center.
